What represents a sort of a "beating heart" of this area, which in summer becomes the center of social life of the Riviera, is the two-kilometers-long pebble beach named Toć with a promenade. In order for us to convey to you the spirit of the beach, suffice it to say that among the locals and travelers, it has become known as the "Copacabana of Okrug" (cro. Okruška Copacabana)!
Namely, this place is the center of all the daytime and nighttime events – during the day, it is crowded with swimmers enjoying sports and recreational activities, while at night it caters to entertainment lovers and food travelers (gastronomads) in search of an authentic Dalmatian cuisine (cro. slang kužina).
